I have a keen interest in seeing others move forward, prosper and realize their dreams and enjoy connecting with new people and people from all walks of life. I'm inspired by people with ambition because it makes one remember that life is too short to let the days just pass by.

What is your education and work history prior to joining Zenally?

I obtained a Financial Services Diploma and worked as an Account Manager for one of the “big 5” banks before returning to school for a Bachelor of Applied Business Administration Degree and eventually receiving my CPA, CGA designation in 2015. My accounting career has been dedicated to small Red Deer accounting firms, aside from 1 year with a school board accounting department.

When did you start at Zenally?

I started with Zenally in 2023.

Detailed. Caring. Professional.

Why did you decide to do what you do now?

I have always enjoyed math, and really love the variety of work accounting provides, helping business owners navigate the complexities of tax.

What is your greatest achievement?

My greatest achievements are my family/kids and my education.

What did you spend your childhood doing?

Playing hockey, soccer, camping and going to Fairmont, BC every Easter. I also worked at the Camrose A&W for over a decade.

What do you do when you are not at Zenally?

My husband Brian and I enjoy spending time with our kids outdoors, whether on our acreage with our chickens/miniature fainting goats or going off-grid camping. Personally, I enjoy gardening, quilting and doing crafts with my kids.

What is the one thing you can't live without?

Goals to strive towards and a desire to keep learning, both personally and professionally.
