    • Any estate or tax planning done?
      • Provide copies of any planning or projection documents
  • Legal Documents
    • Wills
    • Power of attorney
    • Personal directive
  • Other Assets - Cost and Fair Market Value (FMV)

    • 2nd Property, cottage
    • Farm land
    • Shares in your limited company \ business
      • Financial Statements - last 3 to 5 years
